Abby - Albert Lea High School Senior | Class of 2016
I am excited to catch up on some blog posts from my end of fall sessions in 2015 and I have a superstar to introduce to you! She is an outgoing yet reserved, beautiful young lady. A VERY talented musician.
Meet Abby, a Class of 2016 senior at Albert Lea High School. We did Abby's senior session back in October during "MEA" weekend. Surprisingly, it was a very brisk and chilly October morning for our meetup down in Northfield.

The cold did not stop us from having an awesome time! I have come across many different lines of talent with my high school senior clients. Abby is no exception! Abby plays many different musical instruments - like the flute, piano, and even guitar...but the cello is by far her favorite - and she plays it beautifully! She brought her cello as a prop for her senior session. I'm so glad she did, because playing the cello means everything to her, and she has been working incredibly hard to perfect her play. Capturing the individuality of every single senior that steps in front of my lens is very important to me, because I want nothing more than to tell the story of my clients as they are in that moment.

At the time of our photo session, Abby was taking cello lessons from a professor at St. Olaf College, as well as commuting to the Twin Cities to play in symphonies. Her dream is to become a successful musician. (which I have no doubts she will accomplish this dream!) Abby is a part of the Minnesota Youth Symphonies (MYS), which has been noted as one of the nation’s premier youth orchestra education programs. Abby is part of the MYS Repertory cello section for 2015-2016. They practice at the Benson Great Hall, at Bethel University campus. This girl is seeing her dreams become a reality...she is full of amazing talent!
