Meet Hunter, 2016 Senior Model Team Member | South St. Paul Secondary, South St. Paul, MN

Meet Hunter!

As I mentioned in a previous model team post, one of the best parts about my "job" as a photographer is to spend time with the new group of incoming seniors for my senior model program. While the models themselves have yet to meet each other as a group, (and they all will!) I have had the privelege of meeting with each one individually during our model session. It is our "bonding" time and gives me the opportunity to get to know each one better, plus it gives them the chance to learn how to feel comfortable in front of my camera.  Every model session has been so incredible -I am PUMPED for 2016 seniors!  I am humbled to have Hunter on the 2016 team!

Hunter is from my alma mater, South St. Paul Secondary. (It used to be called South St. Paul High School when I attended there...things have changed in 20+ years!) It is a great community. Hunter is the type of guy who loves to give back and volunteer his time, and being involved in the community is very important to him. It's no wonder his dream job is to become a police officer! He is involved with the Mayor's Youth Task Force, CAYA with Neighbors, Inc., and participated on the wrestling team. He enjoys taking pictures, and is on the yearbook staff (like I was when I was his age!). He already said he would be talking to me about purchasing an ad in the yearbook. What a salesman!

HUNTER, 2016 MODEL TEAM

Hunter enjoys gaming, running, playing with his dogs, and hanging out with his friends. I asked him what three things he cannot live without and he said "Family, tv, and phone."
His most favorite place in the world is sitting in nature. (I'd have to agree!) He has two nick names that he goes by - "Dirt" or "Blunta."

Hunter's biggest accomplishments in high school so far is earning two varsity letters. As a senior, he is looking forward to spend his last year with his friends at school. His biggest inspiration is his great-grandfather. He says My biggest inspiration is my great-grandfather because he taught me to just be myself and don't let anyone tell me otherwise." Grandparents have a powerful and positive impact on their grandkids. This makes me happy!

Here are some images taken at Hunter's spring model session.

Keep watch for more tidbits on Hunter as well as the rest of the class of 2016 model team for Monda Goette Photography Seniors!
