Introducing 2017!
It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you the Monda Goette Photography Class of 2017 Senior Model Team! You will be seeing more images and fun shoots from this group beginning now throughout the spring of 2017, when they too will be getting their cap and gowns ready to graduate.
We have girls and guys participating in the 2017 model program from all over the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas. But first, let's take a look at what the program itself is all about!
What is the Senior Model Program?
The Monda Goette Photography Senior Model Program is designed to enhance a high school senior's experience throughout their entire senior year with a variety of free modeling group events, themed photo shoots plus many other perks and members only benefits, all while exclusively representing my studio and being a positive role model in their community. All members have been personally nominated or referred by someone to be considered for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and you choose how much you want to participate in events throughout the year! The program has helped boost confidence, and helps to bring another creative outlet for self expression. The program aims to create lasting memories to cherish always! And while the title promotes it, no modeling experience is necessary! Do you know a current junior who may be a great fit for our team? Let me know here!
Meet the 2017 Model Team!
Here is a first glance at getting to know the Class of 2017 Model Team! All girls have been styled by my friends at ApricotLane Boutique in Mendota Heights. Many many thanks to Kati and her team there for helping these ladies look and feel their best wearing your hottest spring trends!
Jessica | St. Croix Lutheran High School | West St. Paul
Best described by her friends as caring, sarcastic and outgoing, Jessica is one busy gal! She enjoys soccer, youth group, babysitting, and taking artsy pictures! (Let's see what she comes up with throughout the year on our shoots!) She will tell you that she can be loud once you get to know her, but is also driven, helpful and adventurous. Jessica's take on fashion lies in between the trendy boho-chic look, as well as casual and comfy.
What she's listening to: Home is You by Megan & Liz
Her dream job: Pediatric ER Doctor
Josie | New Prague High School
Josie has the perfect personality for our model team! Her friends describe her as loud, crazy, caring and fun. She has an adventurous side and loves spending time with friends at the movies, at bonfires, or anywhere in the cities. When asked about her take on fashion, she says "it's my life!" - and loves anything from boho-chic and urban, to casual and retro trends.
Where she loves to shop: Target, Francescas, and American Eagle
Her dream job: Architect
Reggie | Northfield High School
Reggie is your year-round athlete and loves hockey and only hockey! I've known her since she was a little girl! Loud, yet laid back, her friends would best describe her as caring, and the baby of the group. Tomboy and trendy, Reggie likes a combination of the boho, urban and casual/athletic styles.
What she's listening to: The Best Day by Atmosphere and What A Feeling by 1D
Her dream job: Anything that has something to do with sports/sports medicine
Nathan | South St. Paul Secondary
This spring, Nathan was busy touring Europe and checking out colleges. He is part of the South St. Paul Boys Varsity Football team and is looking forward to the 2016 season. Nathan's style is comfy and sporty - and a little thing to note about him, is that his current pair of shoes has an Instagram account! I'm looking forward to Nathan joining us on future group photo shoots for the model team!
Chloe | Shakopee High School
I am extra excited to work with Chloe this year, as she has been like family to me since she was born. You have grown to be such a beautiful young lady! Chloe participates as the flyer for her cheerleading squad at Shakopee High School. Her friends will tell you that she is outgoing, nice, interesting, and giggly! She describes herself as adventurous, creative, talkative, outgoing, opinionated, and fun. And a tad of a procrastinator.
Where she likes to shop: Charlotte Rouse, American Eagle, and Target
What she's listening to: Next Boyfriend by Lauren Alaina and Church Bells by Carrie Underwood
Leah | St. Croix Lutheran High School | West St. Paul
It feels like I have known Leah for a while - her older sister Kalli was one of my senior models a few years ago! Soccer is number one on her list, along with choir, theatre and church band. Filled with personality, Leah has a charm to her like no other! One friend told me that Leah is always the girl who "no matter what, she always looks great!" It's no wonder, as Leah loves the latest trends in fashion but also enjoys feeling comfy and casual. Her friends also describe her as outgoing, silly, caring, musical, athletic and sweet.
What she's listening to: Your Name by Elizabeth Barnes and Make You Miss Me by Sam Hunt
Her dream job: Broadcaster
Jake | Shakopee High School
This year our team has two senior guys, too! I've known Jake and his family for many years. Jake is part of the Varsity LaCrosse Team at Shakopee High School, and he has been on the cross country team as well. Jake has been working alot this spring and summer, and I can't wait to have him join us in an upcoming session!
Alexis | St. Croix Lutheran High School | West St. Paul
Alexis, also known as Lexi, plays softball, enjoys adventuring, music, youth group, and hiking. A hint of sarcasm fits her personality, along with being athletic, kind, outgoing and fun. Her style is a combination of athletic, flirty, tomboy, casual and preppy style trends. Her friends best describe her as the funniest person they've ever met, loud, trustworthy, and that she wheezes. (I can't wait to make her laugh!)
Her dream job: Trauma Surgeon
What she's listening to: Callisto by ETC! ETC! xBrillz
We have only scratched the surface in telling you about the amazing personalities of this wonderful group! There are so many fun things in store for this team this coming year - I absolutely cannot WAIT to document and share their journey and adventures with all of you! Stay tuned!
