Hunter Senior Session | South St. Paul Secondary, MN Photographer
I had the honor of photographing South St. Paul Class of 2016 senior, Hunter for his senior photos recently. Hunter is also on my Monda Goette Photography senior model team this year, so he has already been on a few shoots with me as well as our entire team.
Hunter knew exactly what he wanted for his senior photos. For his session, we did a fall shoot, and he wanted "urban" and "outdoor" images. His mom and dad came along and we did more of a "car-hop" session - which means dad drives, and on the way, if we see a spot we like, we hop out and snap a few pics, and then back in the car we go! (I just made that term up as it relates to this session!)
If the world of photography was comparable to the game of baseball, I would say his session was a HOMERUN because the locations were stellar, and Hunter knocked it out of the park with how easygoing he was with allowing me to help him look and feel his best by just being himself and making him comfortable while I photographed him. And this kid has fashion sense! We talked about layering during his model session in the spring, and maybe...just maybe he heard what I was saying, because these outfits are all of his own creation, and he did a fine job in pulling different pieces together!
Hunter's mom, Jenni, is a good friend of mine and she is a photographer as well, so it was an added bonus to have her there as another creative present during the shoot. Hunter's dad Chris is one of my top "scouters" of unique locations - always keeping his eyes peeled for great backdrops in the Twin Cities for sessions. (Besides working with awesome clients, scouting is one of my favorite parts of this "job!")

This next location was one of Hunter's favorites. Mine too!
Thank you to Hunter, Jenni & Chris for a fun filled morning drive with a side of senior photography! I had a great time, and it is hard to believe that this is the last one...your baby...all grown up. Have a great rest of your senior year, Hunter!
From, Monda the Photographer
