I have said it before...but I do have the coolest job in the world!
I get to meet some incredible people as a photographer. Kaitlin is one of them! You may have seen images of Kaitlin on my web page, previous blogs, and even on my Instagram and Twitter feeds...that's because Kaitlin is also a member of my 2016 Senior Model Team. I loved sharing her images and I am so excited to show you some highlights from her regular senior session below!
It was a gorgeous day in downtown Stillwater for Kaitlin's senior session. Her entire wardrobe was purchased from ApricotLane Boutique in Mendota Heights, and every single outfit looked amazing on her! (see below for more about ApricotLane!) With the unique backdrop of the old historic town, I was in heaven for her choice of location for her senior photos! I have always wanted to do a session here, and for Kaitlin's session that is just icing on the cake!

She loves all things watermelon-flavored, and she loves softball. When I am in a store, and I see something watermelon-I immediately think of her. I probably always will!
For a girl who didn't know how to "pop it" to strike a pose in her first model session ("But I play Softball!"), I'd say Kaitlin is now what we consider "a natural" at being in front of my lens!

I was in good company the day of Kaitlin's shoot. Her mom and younger sister came along during the session. (They all look alike! I love genetics!) We even ran into one of Kaitlin's high school friends while we were in between outfit changes. It was a fun day!
Thank you for a great day, Miss Kaitlin! You are indeed a beautiful and stunning young lady. I can't wait to watch you shine your senior year! Your images put a smile on my face, and I'm so glad to capture these special moments into your senior year.
