I need to get you up to speed on a little peanut session from February! (Better late than never!) A very dear friend is a first time mommy! Introducing, the beautiful Miss Mia!

I don't get to photograph many baby sessions any more, so it was a wonderful treat to be able to take some pics of Mia in more of a lifestyle type setting (which I love!), along with brand new parents - Lisa and John at their brand new GORGEOUS home in Chisago City, Minnesota. The decor, the flooring, everything in their home was to die for! (I tease Lisa in saying she can come and redecorate my house any time!)

Lisa & John moved here from Arizona. Lisa grew up here in Minnesota (I've known her since jr. high...she is known as "Nitti" in our hometown because of her maiden name.) - so she is "back home" now. It was super exciting for me, because I helped Lisa and John with their initial "expecting" announcement to post on social media by taking some cute photos of Christmas stockings in fall of 2015. Mia arrived a few weeks early, but she was still just as cute as a button when I saw her at close to 9 weeks young. She also has some very protective big-yet small-sisters who watch over her.
