Austin Senior Session | South St. Paul Secondary, MN
Meet Austin, a Class of 2016 senior from South St. Paul Secondary. He plays football, hockey and baseball, and loves the outdoors. Austin also enjoys fishing and hunting. He has had a full schedule all summer long!
The old saying of "My how time flies!" is so true when it comes to Austin's session. I remember Austin from when he was much younger during the days when he and my son attended the same daycare together. Five years ago I had the honor of taking family photos of Austin and his family when I was beginning to launch my photography business. (Which, I am still very grateful to Lisa and Bill, Austin's parents, for that opportunity!)

Comparing from 5 years ago - and even the daycare years - Austin has definitely grown up! I don't know why we are always so surprised when we see pictures of years past compared to an image of today, but it is an eye opener every time!

St Paul Session and a trip to Ettinger Field - Home of the South St. Paul Packers
During his senior photo session, I had asked him what he is looking forward to the most for his senior year. The 2014-15 Varsity Football All Conference-Honorable Mention said he has his sights on a Conference Championship and State title for the South St. Paul Packers varsity football team this fall. I concur, Austin, I am rooting for a huge SSP Packers victory this year too! After all, South St. Paul High School is my alma mater!
Of course every high school senior gets asked the infamous question of "Are you going to go to college?" or "What do you want to be when you grow up?" I asked Austin if he had any finite plans for college yet, and he would love to play college baseball and is looking at Saint John's University in Collegeville, MN, among a few others, but still has time to make such decisions.
Austin, I wish you well as you enter your last year of high school. I can't wait to hear your name recognition during the Prep Sports Extra news coverage broadcasts this year! Go PACK!
