Summertime in Minnesota is usually pretty predictable: Hot and humid most days! And the day we took photos of Brian and Julie and their darling little girl for her 2nd birthday photo session - was exactly that. It was very warm and muggy for this morning shoot, but that did not stop Katelyn from smiling and enjoying the day in her pretty blue dress(es)!

I've known Brian since junior high, so we go way back! When he and his wife Julie came to me last August to take pictures for their daughter's 1st birthday, I was thrilled! Fast forward the clock to a year later, and now Katelyn celebrates her 2nd birthday! Take a look at some images from their session with me on that sunny August morning!
At two years old, Katelyn led our photo session, and I followed her. Just so happened to be that I followed her into daddy's arms!
