You've seen her in many of my model team sessions throughout her senior year. Now, about ready to receive her high school diploma is Chloe - Class of 2017 from Shakopee High School!
From the very first time I held Chloe in my arms when she was just a few days old, I knew she was someone special and would be doing great things in her life down the road! It is hard to believe that this time has come...so quickly it seems like! And, how cool is it that I was able to spend time with her for her senior portraits! Just take one look-she is breath taking!
The wonderful weather of Minnesota was not cooperating with us for her session! We had to schedule and reschedule a few times due to rain. Finally, the day we were to hold her session, once again we found ourselves scrambling and cutting the session short because of the weather. We were able to revisit this area on another visit to "chase the sunset" - which was a lot of fun actually! Take a look.
Many high schoolers decide what they want to be when they grow up, and after graduation, they begin to pursue those endeavors. Chloe had a headstart on her career path and took courses during her senior year so that she can work as a Nursing Assistant at a local senior living residency. (Way to go!!) Right now, she is undecided between Mankato and North Dakota State University to further her studies after graduation.
Chloe, as you make your way into this big ol' world, it is my hope that you are able to reach every dream you set your mind to, and that you take moments to enjoy your accomplishments along the way. You have grown up to be a beautiful young woman with a kind and caring heart. I'm so glad you chose to participate in the model team this year - I hope it gave you an outlet to feel comfortable enough to be yourself, and make some new friends and fun memories at the same time. I know I enjoyed photographing you. You were willing to put yourself out there and give it a try, and I am so glad you did. The energy you brought to our team was more than what I could have hoped for!
Congratulations on closing this chapter in your story, and best wishes on starting a new chapter. We are all so proud of you!
